Today’s the day where I finally get started on the LEGO Tintin rocket set. Of course, I had to slip into something appropriate. Thus, the Speedmaster in the Hodinkee 10 year version. So great to at last finding the time.

Yes, exactly!

For the longest time I wanted a super-legible white dial Speedmaster, and the Snoopy 2 was that watch. The reason: the hands and markers are outlined in black and thus (unlike silvered hands) never fade into the dial in certain angles. I never pulled the
